I have posted elsewhere abuot my concerns for a former friend, who seems to be involved with Luciferianism and was wondering if there were those who might know something about it and what might be some of the signs of someone involved? I did some basic research on the internet and found that Luciferianism differs from Satanism. There are some similarities, but also differences. Luciferianism seems to see itself in a very positive light....of course, it has some very disturbing teachigns as well - esp. those concerning revenge/balancing justic and using magic. I am just curious if anyone might have a friend or know someone or something dealing with the subject matter and what to look for if someone is potentially involved? What are some warning signs or tell-tale signs of someone invovled? I felt like it took me a long time to see this aspect of my former friend, but finally I have seen what I believe to be full-blown Luciferian worship in him. -Imit

Question - has he professed to adhere to Luciferianism? If not, then what makes you think that is what he adheres to?

It's a bit of a long story...but technically, no, he has not professed belief in Luciferianism. There have been signs here and there of this...and at the time of them, I did not understand his behavior and views (as he was a professed Christian - Catholic). ...He's had many contradictory views of basic Christian morality and truths surrounding the Bible and Christianity, but I always thought maybe he was just sincerely misinformed. But also, his personal/private life and thoughts are very contradictory to Chritsianity. (He's been into non-stop fornication - even bragging about it, and also other types of vices)..... The main thing that led me to believe he was a Luciferian posing as a Christian was a video he posted on his Facebook website that said Lucifer's real being was falsely portrayed in the Bible and that Lucifer is the inspirational light of man and that we humans would be blessed to take our inspiration in life from Lucifer. .....After having a personal disagreement/argument, my friend bad-mouthed me online and posted this video link. ..Then oddly...I started having weird nightmares and thoughts about demons attempting to enter into and take over my soul. I posted an immediate prayer request on CW prayer/praise forum about this. It felt like an attack on me. ... My spiritual intuition kept releating this to my friend and his previous comments to me that if anyone ever disagreed with him and tried to prevent him from reaching his life vision that he'd have no prolbems killing them - yes physically!...This was while professing to attend Catholic church. I questioned him on that and he was vague but said he had certain views and if anyone tried to take them away or prevent/hinder him in life from reaching his goals/happiness, that he'd be forced to kill them...He mentioned assualting someone in the past for such an "offense." I was shocked and disturbed to say the least. Anyone, this led me to think back about my argument with him and how he got mad. Then he put those nasty comments about me on his personal page and the Lucifer video went up online. I know from reading (out of curiosity, not interest) sites on Satanism and Luciferianism that they worship "natural" human wants and desires and support "revenge" on those who infringe on your rights. They both seem to support hurting and/or using magic to harm others if they get in your way somehow. I've seen this revenge attitude in this guy. When talking about problems I've had with others and people at work, he'd support and recommend harming them to teach them a lesson. ...... Oh, here is the video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6bWd_Kj0p0 (ok...need to finish this up quickly at the library, since people are looking at my computer weird....lol).... Will write back later though......

Pretty music, but this is New Age stuff. You are right to be concerned.

It always amazes me that people want to be "enlightened" but yet they reject the truth-the Bible. Something else I noticed is that they had a picture of Albert Einstein as an "enlightened" being. Albert Einstein was a Christian. In the book I am reading they actually quote Albert Einstein..."If we cleanse the Judaism of the prophets and Christianity as Jesus has taught it from what came afterwards, especially from priestcraft, we have a religion which can save the world from all social evils. It is the holy duty of every man to do his utmost to bring this religion to triumph." I got that quote out of the book Tortured for Christ by Richard Wurmbrand.
