zero holiday stress
as some of you may know, I'll be having no holiday stress, and no pressure to spend spend spend. (see posts #22 & 9.)
I believe in having "the Christmas spirit" every day of the year, not just in one season.

About trusting so-called "experts" --
The religious system I mentioned above (post# 28) has the danger of making people regard preachers and teachers as more knowledgable and more spiritual than we are.
This is a false idea; for Jesus has given his Guiding, Strengthening Spirit to us all. The Bible says He is no respecter of persons -- He does not respect college degrees nor titles such as "reverend" or "bishop". (Paul never required anyone to call him anything but "paul".)
Now, yes, we are to listen and obey those whom G d has appointed to teach and lead, but the only difference between us and them (in a general sense) is that we are different parts of one same body, says scripture.
Therefore, all are of equal value and potential.
   
    
Part 2:
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. Is 9
EXAMPLE:
"They [the religious leaders/"experts"] answered and said unto him, Art thou also of GALILEE? Search, and look: for out of GALILEE ariseth no prophet."
WRONG!
13 "And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:
14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. " Mat 4
So much for "higher" education. A non- scholar had to write this scripture, to educate the "experts"!

"About trusting so-called "experts".
Another big danger in the unscriptural religious system is a false sense of security about Bible reading and study.
Studying the Bible for 25 minutes one day a week in a group is not an efficient way to study the Bible. Jesus said His words are Life, so each person must "eat" the Bible every day, or else we will begin to starve and not even realize it. Nobody wants to miss a day of food for the stomach; how much more we need daily food for the spirit!
Paul indicates that we should be like Timothy (in the Bible) -- while he was still a child, he knew the scriptures (Old Testament). I have no doubt that he knew the names of all the books of the Bible by heart.
Tragically, in 35 years of being in many types of churches, and watching many preachers on TV, I have never seen any that emphasize and consistently teach that
we must daily search the scriptures and meditate on them.
They say it's good to read the Bible, but they don't properly emphasize it and teach it.
EXAMPLE: 
I heard a woman on the radio, calling a Bible answer show to ask "what does the word 'eunuch' mean?" She said she had this question for many years, and finally decided to call the "experts". (Remember what we discovered about "experts" in post # 29.)
The preacher answered her question, but failed to teach her that she should have looked up the word in the dictionary for herself,
rather than wait many years for an expert to tell her!
As mature believers, we must know the scriptures well, or else we will become a dead branch that could fall off the Vine, Jesus said.

(Sabbath begins at sunset Friday.)
 Holy Rest Pleases The Father
I showed, in post #11, that the true sabbath is G d’s special mark as Creator of all, therefore Satan hates it and substituted a counterfeit.
Scripture says that Satan is the Father of lies, who subtly and cunningly deceives even G d’s faithful; therefore we must do everything possible to avoid honoring his counterfeit sabbath, which is the mark of the Beast. (See link below.)
G d’s true sabbath is for all mankind, not Jews only: Sabbath was made for man - Mark 2:27
Is 56:2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
4 For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6 Also the sons of the stranger, [non-Jews] that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer
The true sabbath was given at creation, as G d’s Holy Day,
and it was known by His people before there were any Jews,
before the Law was given to the Jews: Gen 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it
Ex 16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning. -Before the Law was given.
The true Sabbath is eternal, kept in the new Earth: Is 66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.
 After Christ's resurrection, the church kept the true 7th-day sabbath in obedience to the command:
Acts 18:3-4, 11
Acts 13:14, 42
16:13
17:1-2

Dear pagans, Wiccans, etc.:
There is a teaching that says that man can obtain Light and life from the power of the sun and sun gods and the stars and stargates. It teaches that man can become like the gods.
I will show that this is the first and biggest lie ever told. Yes, there is a way to have supernatural power and immortality, but it is not through the sun, stars, or planets, which are merely created objects, which Jesus created and which he will destroy with fire when he returns:
10" But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? "
The First and biggest deception began here:
1 "Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
(Doubt G d's Word)2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
(Part I of The Lie -- You can be immortal) 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. "
(Part II --you can be like the gods)
Before Adam and Eve obeyed The Father of Lies, they lived in a paradise, not subject to death, but after they obeyed the adversary, death and misery came upon the world.
So then, Life is not in the hands of created stars or false gods, but Jesus is the Life, and the Eternal Light. He paid with His own life and blood to purchase us back from the Kingdom of Death, then he conquered death for us by rising from the dead:
15" And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. " Jesus will crush the head of Satan and all his false gods, forever wiping them out.

 I fervently believe in reading and learning the 66 books G d wrote, rather than reading Brother or Sister so-and-so's books, or buying their DVD's for $35-$100 -- the gospel comes free of charge, throughout your Bible!

Beware of Bible reading plans
they are excersises in acrobatics, and they help no one.
The Bible has its own reading plan; which is to read the books
in the order in which they are given!
Unless you begin at Genesis and read straight through, there will be many things you can't properly understand.

The ones who make out like bandits are the merchants, and Xmas benefits them more than anyone else, for they make 80% of their year's profits because of one holiday.

Use a KJV that is not polluted with any commentary, notes, or "helps."
